Hi and welcome to #HashtagAnatomy! I’m Leah (“Lay-uh”). I’m an artist and puppet fabricator for stop motion animation turned rogue sex educator and body activist!
(IG: @hashtaganatomy) Does anyone else ever accidentally wear their bra on inside-out like ALL THE TIME (but you don’t realize it until you go to take it off)?? This happens to me with two of my bras all. the. time. even though I wear them all. the. time. Skillz.
I’m OBSESSED with talking about the strange and interesting things going on with our bodies. We live with our bodies our whole lives and are constantly discovering new things about them. It’s pretty amazing! So many of us feel that our bodies are weird or confusing or awkward or so many other things, and that’s totally okay! Not only is it okay, it’s NORMAL. So let’s feel weird about it TOGETHER.
My mission with #HashtagAnatomy is to celebrate conversations about our bodies, minds and sexuality (and everything in between) in order to destigmatize taboos and embrace the awkwardness, while having a sense of humor about it all. We get curious, explore and have conversations, while maintaining an open and inclusive space. Talking about all of this also makes us better advocates for our health and our lives.
